We are pleased to be able to offer this service to our hospital and nursing home patients.
Every effort will be made to keep patient e-mails as confidential as possible. They will be received by our office of Social Services and will be hand delivered to the appropriate patient. However, please refrain from sending confidential information. We cannot deliver patient e-mail to patients in our emergency room, patients having outpatient procedures or those having diagnostic testing. E-mails will be collected and delivered several times througout the day. For messages or information of an urgent nature, please call the main hospital number at 487-2296 and ask for Social Services.
